The homeowner wanted a clean color palette with bold tile accents, a curbless walk-in shower, and heated floors—creating a space that feels both relaxing and practical.

Green and White Bathroom Design Concept
The design centers around a green and white color scheme, combining crisp white finishes with dramatic green veining in the porcelain wall tile. Large-format Calacatta Green porcelain tile was installed floor to ceiling in the shower and around the bathtub, creating a bold focal point while keeping the space bright and open.
White elements—including the vanity, quartz countertops, sinks, and grout—balance the green tile and give the bathroom a timeless, elegant look.
Vanity & Countertop Details
The custom vanity features Fabuwood Allure Series cabinetry in Luna Dove, a soft white finish that complements the overall green and white bathroom design. The cabinets are constructed with all-plywood boxes and solid wood doors, with soft-close hardware throughout.
The vanity is topped with MSI Perla White quartz countertops, finished with a smooth pencil edge and a 4” backsplash. Two undermount rectangular porcelain sinks provide a clean, modern appearance, paired with Jeffrey Alexander satin nickel knobs and handles.
Tile & Shower Features
Tile plays a major role in this green and white bathroom remodel:
Bathroom Floor: Happy Floors Toscana Bianco porcelain tile (12×24), installed in a 33% offset pattern
Shower & Tub Walls: DecoVita Calacatta Green porcelain tile (24×48), installed floor to ceiling
Shower Floor & Niche: GLA Seychelles 2” hex mosaic tile
Grout: Standard white for a clean, seamless finish
The shower includes a custom 12” x 24” recessed niche, a built-in bench, and a half wall, all fully waterproofed using cement board and RedGard prior to tile installation.
Lighting, Plumbing & Finishing Touches
Electrical upgrades included:
(2) New GFCI outlets
(3) New 6” LED recessed ceiling lights with a new switch
Plumbing work involved relocating the bathtub drain and adjusting the toilet location to improve spacing around the vanity.
Final finishes include Benjamin Moore Icy Morn (457) on walls, trim, and ceiling, along with Hunter Douglas motorized Roman shades for privacy and light control. A custom frameless glass shower door with 3/8” tempered glass completes the modern look.
