We’re looking for a Kitchen & Bath Designer who enjoys working closely with clients and bringing their ideas to life. From early design conversations to final selections, you’ll be involved throughout the entire process, creating beautiful, functional spaces homeowners truly love.

$45.000 Base Salary + Commission

Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with clients in our showroom and in their homes to understand their style, needs, and budget
Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design, focusing on both beauty and functionality
Guide clients through selecting cabinetry, countertops, flooring, fixtures, and finishes
Present designs, review pricing, make revisions, and help clients feel comfortable with their decisions
Collaborate closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of kitchen and bath design experience (required)
Strong working knowledge of 2020 Design software (required)
Solid understanding of cabinetry, materials, and the remodeling process
Great communication and sales skills—you enjoy educating and inspiring clients
Organized, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about good design
NKBA certification is a plus, but not required
